About me:
Renee Hella, RCST®, CGP, PPNE grew up without electricity in a village in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. She received her Bachelors degree in physical and social anthropology in Southern California in the early 90s. She specializes in traditional food preparation rituals, including fermented foods, and has immersed herself in the delicious cultures of Morocco, Vietnam, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Scandinavia and Thailand to name a few. She also studied nutrition in New Zealand, Australia and UK. Renee trained in Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy in New Zealand in 2003 with Resonance Trainings and is an approved teacher of BCST.
